Everything has an origin, and CRT is no exception in that respect.
An idea is born
It all began with an idea as simple as it was powerful: to create a space at the University of Córdoba where motorsports weren't just theory, but also experience, innovation, and community. A place where students could learn by doing, make mistakes without fear, and grow with ambition. That place took shape in 2014 and was called the Motor Classroom.
Everything started to take shape
What began as a university activity quickly transformed into a meeting point for automotive enthusiasts, visionary professors, and companies that trusted in the potential of a group of young people willing to take engineering further.
The Motor Classroom became a platform for dissemination, learning and connection with the sector, organizing days, exhibitions and conferences that brought the world of automobiles, from classics to the most advanced technology, closer to the entire university community.
Córdoba Racing Team: where engineering becomes a challenge
Since its inception, we have aspired to be synonymous with ambition. Here, students don't just design and build a competition prototype: they experience it, they endure it, and above all, they bring it to fruition together.
Formula Student is a technical and creative battleground where universities from all over the world test their talent. For our team, each season begins with a blank sheet of paper and ends with a prototype built on countless hours of design, simulation, carbon fiber, sleepless nights, and a pride that's hard to describe.
Over the years, we've welcomed students from a wide range of disciplines: engineering, business administration, finance, marketing, industrial design, labor relations, and more. Everyone contributes here, because a car needs more than just aerodynamics: it needs strategy, management, communication, and vision.
Looking to the future
This story doesn't end here. In fact, its next stage is just beginning.
New prototypes. New days. New international challenges. And, above all, new students who arrive every year with the same spark that ignited the team's first engine.
The Motor Classroom and CRT exist for one thing only:
